1. Agreement
By ordering a distribution package or submitting content, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. Services
We distribute approved press releases to the outlets included in your selected package. Package inclusions, outlet lists and turnaround times are described at the point of sale and may change as media partners update their own policies.
3. Client responsibilities
- You own or have the rights to all content, trademarks and images you submit.
- Your content is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
- You will not submit financial promotions, token sale claims or investment advice that breaches applicable law in your jurisdiction.
4. Editorial discretion
Outlets retain full editorial control. We may reject or request edits to any release, and we cannot force a publisher to keep, amend or remove a live article beyond making a good-faith request on your behalf.
5. Payment
All packages are payable in advance. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Because distribution begins immediately on approval, orders are non-refundable once a release has been sent to the network.
6. Deliverables and reporting
We supply a coverage report with published links after distribution completes. Placement counts are the guaranteed minimum for your package; incremental syndication is not guaranteed.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, token price movements or reputational harm.
8. Indemnity
You indemnify CryptoPressWire against claims arising from content you supply, including intellectual property, defamation and regulatory claims.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoPressWire is established, and disputes are subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
